What you'll do

- Lead a crew day to day, with landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
- Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services including hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
- Manage a safe, supportive and fun team environment.

About The Candidate

- Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
- An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry,



we'll help guide you through this.)
