Experience is welcome, but we’re willing to train the right person. The role starts as casual at $45 per hour + super , with a truck and fuel card supplied . We’re also open to discussing full-time options.

About the role

Rubiks Roofing is looking for a hands‑on Leading Hand to install and remove residential edge protection and scaffolding across the Darling Downs. You'll lead a small crew, organise equipment and daily jobs, and make sure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Lead a small crew installing and dismantling residential edge protection and basic scaffolding




- Organise daily jobs and ensure the right equipment is loaded before leaving the yard
- Work alongside the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Check site requirements and liaise with roofing crews and the office
- Look after equipment and report damaged or missing gear

About you

- Experience in edge protection or scaffolding is desired
- White Card required
- Current driver's licence required
- Relevant scaffolding licences required where applicable
- Truck and fuel card provided
