G'day Group's Discovery Resorts – Kings Canyon is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations and help uphold high culinary standards across à la carte, buffet and special dining experiences in a unique Red Centre location.

You bring proven Sous Chef experience, trade qualifications in commercial cookery, robust leadership and a commitment to food safety.
