About the role
Manage the end to end process for incoming claims in a cohesive team environment
Effectively interpret policy coverage based on claim information
Ensure all stakeholders are updated throughout the process of the claim
Maintain records and compliance requirements via the Claims Management System
Qualifications and Experience
You have experience in property and motor claims or broad exposure across multiple classes of insurance
Tertiary education is highly regarded, though not mandatory - insurance qualifications are a plus too!
Ability to produce strong settlement results for clients
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
