About the opportunity:

The Sales Associate is part of the Wilson Homes Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to support the achievement of sales targets by acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualifying and nurturing leads, and providing outstanding customer service. More specifically, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for customers, building rapport and qualifying leads to understand their needs.
- Generate, manage, and nurture leads to support sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Support the Current Home Sales Consultant with sales activities, including house selection, upgrades, and guiding customers through the journey.




- Maintain accurate customer records and track all interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and no missed opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day presentation and operations of the display home, ensuring it is always maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate administration and sales processes, including managing documentation, delegating tasks, and liaising with internal stakeholders.

About you:

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

- Strong customer-facing experience in sales or service, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively
- Confident communication with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Experience managing data/CRM systems
- A strong desire to learn and develop recent skills
- Experience or exposure to residential building, new home sales processes, or display home environments will be highly regarded
- Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday + public holidays
