XV (15) Premium BD is a curated, referral-based network for experienced professionals and business owners, launching across select Australian cities. Membership is application-based and selectively approved to ensure one seat per category. Each team is limited to 15 members, meeting fortnightly to exchange high-value referrals, share market intelligence, and grow through trusted, accountable relationships.

We're launching our first Sydney team and looking for the coach who will lead it.

The role

You'll facilitate a team of up to 15 senior professionals: running meetings, holding members to the standard, and turning a room of solid individuals into a group that refers business to each other.

You'll also help build the team, drawing on your own network to fill seats with the right people.

What we're looking for





- An established business coach (executive coaches also considered)
- Experience facilitating groups of senior professionals or business owners
- An active Sydney network to combine with our pipeline of members to introduce to XV.
- A candidate already running a coaching practice who wants extra income and referrals.
