Ezylink Solutions provides staffing support to businesses across Western Australia. We’re looking fora proactive and reliable person to help us connect with new clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
You’ll be joining a small team where your work will make a direct difference. We need someone who can take ownership of finding opportunities, confidently start conversations with businesses, and keep following up until there is a clear outcome. You’ll work closely with our operations team to understand what we can deliver and help turn client enquiries into successful placements.
What you’ll do
- Contact potential clients by phone, email and in person
- Arrange and attend meetings and site visits
- Learn about each client’s operations and staffing needs
- Follow up on enquiries and help prepare proposals
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Keep clear records of conversations, opportunities and next steps
- Work with our operations team to support a smooth start for current clients
What we’re looking for
- Clear and confident English communication
- A friendly, professional approach to clients
- Initiative and the confidence to approach new businesses
- Good organisation and consistent follow-through
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your work
- A driver’s licence and ability to visit client sites
Students, recent graduates and applicants new to business development are welcome to apply. Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment is helpful, but it is not essential. We value attitude, reliability and the ability to build trust. This role will start part-time at approximately three days per week. There may be an opportunity to move into a full-time role, depending on performance. You’ll work closely with our team, with performance incentives available in addition to the hourly rate.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
