About the role

AB Workforce requires a casual Business Development role to work out of the office in Pakenham with an immediate start. The role is 3-4 days per week.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client base

- Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and staffing needs

- Respond confidently and professionally to all incoming client enquiries via phone and email

- Prepare and send professional business proposals, quotations, service agreements and follow up correspondence

- Maintain accurate records of client communications

- Resolve all client concerns promptly

About you

- Previous experience in a recruitment agency, trades background and/or sales

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently
