Baldasso Cortese (BC) is seeking a proactive, commercially focused Business Development Manager to generate and convert current opportunities, strengthen key client relationships and build a healthy forward pipeline across our architecture, interiors and design practice.

This is a hands-on, external-facing role for an experienced business development professional who understands consulting and professional services. You will identify prospects, reach senior decision-makers, develop opportunities before they reach market and position BC’s Directors, Principals and sector specialists to secure new commissions.

You have personally originated and won professional-services work, bring established networks across Victoria’s property, development, government or institutional markets, and are confident initiating conversations with new prospects. Strong commercial judgement and polished communication are essential;

experience in architecture, project management, interior design, engineering, property, development or construction consultancy is highly regarded.
