About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Plumbing & Electrical, you will lead the acquisition of new franchise members across Australia. You'll proactively build a pipeline of qualified prospects, engage business owners, and guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to an experienced BDM who enjoys creating opportunities, establishing trusted relationships, and delivering commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify,



target and engage prospective plumbing and electrical businesses across Australia.
- Develop and execute lead generation and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct prospect meetings, presentations and network discovery discussions.
- Manage the full sales and acquisition process from initial contact through to negotiation and onboarding.
- Achieve agreed growth, conversion and activity targets.
- Promote the value and benefits of joining the Laser Plumbing & Electrical network.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and industry stakeholders.

About You

You are a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term relationships.

To Succeed, You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or New Business Development role.
- Demonstrated success driving new business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
- Experience conducting discovery conversations, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A resilient,



self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative national team.
- Experience within franchising, trades, construction, services or related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
