Business Development Manager – Substations & BESS (QLD)

For the past 12 years, TGOOD Australia and Brunstock have built a strong reputation in Australia's energy sector. Now we're entering an exciting new phase. Brunstock has launched a new range of SF6-free products, power transformers and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), backed by local assembly and manufacturing so we can deliver local solutions for local projects.

We're looking for a proven sales professional to lead our growth in the Queensland market.

The role

- Grow sales of medium and high voltage substation solutions and BESS across QLD
- Build and strengthen relationships with utilities, EPCs and contractors
- Work with consultants early in the project development phase so our solutions get specified from the start
- Find, develop and close new opportunities while looking after key existing accounts
- Represent TGOOD and Brunstock at industry events and in the wider market

What you'll bring

Essential:

- Experience in a similar industry in Australia (substations, switchgear, transformers, BESS or electrical infrastructure)
- Technical working knowledge of substation equipment
- Strong,



established relationships across utilities, EPCs, contractors and consultants
- A transparent understanding of how energy infrastructure projects are developed and procured
- A strong track record of winning work and closing deals. You're a real sales gun.

Preferred:

- A background as an electrician or in electrical engineering
