$56,000 base salary + super + uncapped commission

- Target OTE: approximately $71,000 p.a. - $74,000+ p.a.

HOSO Real Estate is a property-management-focused agency based in Mawson Lakes. We work with landlords and property investors across metropolitan Adelaide, supported by modern systems, technology and a dedicated operational team. We are looking for a motivated person to join our Business Development team and build a long-term career in property management growth.

About the Role

As Business Development – Level 1, you will build landlord relationships, follow up new opportunities and help bring quality new properties into HOSO. This is a dedicated, KPI-focused growth position. Your focus will be prospecting, landlord communication, rental appraisals, follow-up and new client onboarding—not managing a tenant portfolio or completing routine inspections.

Structured training, systems and direct support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect for new landlords and property management opportunities
- Respond promptly to landlord enquiries and company-generated leads
- Build relationships with property investors
- Complete rental appraisals with appropriate training and support
- Present HOSO’s services, fees and recommendations professionally
- Follow up prospective clients consistently
- Support management agreement preparation and completion
- Assist with new landlord and property onboarding
- Develop relationships with referral and industry partners
- Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline information in the CRM
- Work closely with the Principal, leasing and operations teams
- Participate in sales, CRM and property management training
- Work towards agreed performance and quality KPIs

Performance Expectations

This is a KPI-driven role. Specific targets and measurement periods will be communicated internally. Performance will be assessed across:
- Current property managements secured and successfully activated
- Prospecting,



follow-up and conversion performance
- CRM accuracy and pipeline management
- Fee quality and commercial discipline
- Landlord communication and relationship development
- Onboarding quality, client retention and professional conduct

What We’re Looking For

- An interest in real estate, property investment and business development
- Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, sales or customer service is preferred
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Strong organisation and follow-up habits
- A relationship-focused and customer-first approach
- Confidence using technology and CRM systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Current South Australian property management registration, or the ability to obtain it before performing regulated duties
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Previous dedicated business development experience is not required. Training and support will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills.
