Zweck is the internal Group Services division supporting a group of businesses across construction, insurance repairs and finance.

We are recruiting a Business Graduate to work within Roof Ninjas, our specialist metal roofing business. You will join a practical team spanning administration, estimating, supervision and eight tradespeople.

Across the broader group, we are using AI and automation to improve how our businesses operate. We value curiosity, ownership and people who are willing to test better ways of working.

About the Role

Learn how the business runs, take ownership of the work, then help us automate it.

This is a hands-on graduate role combining operations, administration and applied AI.

You will first learn and perform the day-to-day work that keeps Roof Ninjas moving. Once you understand a process and can manage it reliably, you will help document, improve and automate it.

Learn it. Do it. Automate it.

Key responsibilities include

- Maintaining trade and job schedules

- Collecting, checking and following up timesheets

- Setting up jobs and preparing job packs

- Maintaining project and compliance documentation

- Supporting supervisors with administration and resourcing

- Following up outstanding information and actions

- Communicating with office staff, supervisors and trades

- Documenting recurring processes

- Identifying repetitive or error-prone work

- Building and testing practical automations

- Improving forms, templates and reporting

- Monitoring automated processes and handling exceptions

You may use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex,



n8n, Power Automate, Quickbase and Microsoft 365.

The goal is not to automate work you do not understand. You will learn the process, become accountable for it and then find a better way to deliver it.

About You

We are looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who is:

- Curious about how businesses operate

- Organised, dependable and willing to follow things through

- Comfortable performing detailed administrative work

- An active user of AI tools

- Interested in automation, systems and process improvement

- Able to create structure when instructions are not perfect

- Comfortable communicating with both office staff and tradespeople

- Keen to take on real responsibility early in their career

You do not need roofing or construction experience. We can teach you how the operation works.

Bonus points if you have:

- Built an automation, workflow or AI tool

- Used Claude Code, Codex, n8n, Power Automate, Make or Zapier

- Created a practical spreadsheet, dashboard, form or small application

- A university, work or personal project you can show us
