Role Description: The Business Operations Coordinator & Accounting role is a contract, on-site position based in Australia. We are seeking an organised and dependable Accounting & Business Operations Coordinator to support our accounting, payroll, office administration, and day-to-day business operations including tracking project activities, and supporting internal workflows.





This diverse role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating office activities, and supporting management in keeping the business organised and operating efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Good Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor metrics, and assist in decision-making and process improvement.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, office administration, or business operations
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Sound numerical, recordkeeping, and reconciliation skills
- Professional communication and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
