We are seeking more staff to join the growing team. If you are a physically fit, motivated Qualified Butcher or Butcher Apprentice to join our fast-paced retail team. Whether you are fully qualified or an apprentice eager to master the trade, we offer a supportive workplace where you will prepare, present, and sell premium products to our local community.

Core Responsibilities

- Preparation: Break down, bone, portion, and prepare meat to exact Grima Bros specifications.
- Consistency: Produce accurate cuts, weights, trim, and top-tier presentation every time.
- Value-Add: Prepare value-added products, marinades, skewers, burger patties, sausages, and roasts.
- Quality Control: Quality-check every delivery and reject anything that doesn't meet our strict freshness benchmarks.
