Harmony Auto is an international dealership group specialising in the premium and luxury automotive sector. Since establishing a global strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the brand’s channel development and operations across multiple overseas markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you will represent BYD at our brand-current Flagship Dealership, helping customers discover BYD’s electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle range and guiding them through a seamless, professional purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting our BYD Doncaster showroom
- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations, EV technology explanations and live demonstrations
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable models, configurations and solutions
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Manage the complete sales journey, including enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, CRM updates and contract finalisation
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive and professional communication
- Work closely with Sales Administration, Finance and Vehicle Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets and KPIs
- Support showroom events, vehicle launches, test-drive activities and promotional campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BYD models, features, technology and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

Required

- At least two years of sales experience, preferably within automotive, retail, technology, real estate or another customer-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal,



communication and negotiation skills
- A high level of customer service and professionalism
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in learning new vehicle products, EV technology and CRM systems
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Valid working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded

- Previous automotive dealership or vehicle sales experience
- Experience in premium retail or high-value consumer sales
- A genuine interest in electric vehicles and emerging automotive technology
- Additional language skills, including Mandarin, to support our diverse customer base

What We Offer

- Base salary of $60,000 plus superannuation
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of $90,000–$120,000+
