About Us

HomeTeam Group is opening LuLóu, our brand-current café located at 70 Eagle Street in Brisbane City.

We already operate MAS Espresso and Élan Café, both also located on Eagle Street, and are now looking for enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders to join us for the opening of our newest venue.

We are ideally looking for team members to start the week before opening to complete training and preparation before we open to the public.

About the Role

We are looking for Café All-Rounders who are comfortable moving between different areas of the café depending on what the service requires.

This is a hands-on role where no two moments are necessarily the same.

Your responsibilities will include

- Taking customer orders and operating the till
- Serving customers
- Running food and drinks
- Warming selected items from the cabinet
- Keeping the café clean, organised and presentable
- Supporting the team wherever needed during service
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Bringing a positive and genuine can-do attitude to the workplace





About You The successful applicant will have:

- Previous café, hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
- A friendly and confident approach to customer service
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A willingness to learn and take on different tasks
- A strong team mentality and can-do attitude
- Excellent reliability and work ethic
- Availability Monday to Friday

What We Offer

- 28–34 hours per week
- Monday to Friday only
- No weekend shifts
- No evening shifts
- Early starts from approximately 6:00–6:30am
- Finishing times generally between approximately 2:00–4:30pm
- The opportunity to join a brand-new venue from opening day
- The support of an established hospitality group with existing venues in Eagle Street

Pay: $33.05 – $33.85 per hour
