We are seeking a reliable and friendly Café All-Rounder to join our team. The role would suit someone looking for casual hours to assist our cafe team with events, busy periods and irregular Saturdays.
Our cafe exists to compliment our Museum, Art Gallery, tours and education activities. We seek cafe assistants who are engaging, welcoming and able to balance fast service and product delivery with a calm exterior and smiles.
Subject to experience you will be tasked with making excellent coffee, basic food preparation, cleaning, table service, point of sale, stock rotation, and helping create a welcoming experience that connects visitors to the gallery and museum.
About you
- 1 - 2 years barista experience is highly desirable
- Must work well in a team
- Friendly and welcoming to customers
- Confident using a Point of Sale system
- Someone who enjoys working in a community-focused environment
- Eligible to work in Australia
