Cavallaros is looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a robust focus on customer service, and take pride in preparing quality coffee and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality coffee, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and other specialty beverages.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming coffee station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Prepare and serve food and other beverages as required.
- Restock coffee, milk, cups and other supplies.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods.
- Ensure customers receive a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

About You




- Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred
- Passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and develop your barista skills.

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
