Cafe Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive and people-focused Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe.

- Exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
- A lead-by-example approach — you’re not afraid to get stuck in
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly proactive, with the initiative to identify and solve problems without being asked
- Works closely with the owner to improve the business and day-to-day operations
- Ability to motivate, support and hold the team accountable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Previous cafe or hospitality management experience preferred

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and genuinely cares about creating a excellent customer and team experience. Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
