At BIG4 Cania Gorge Holiday Park we are seeking an enthusiastic management couple to join our team as Park Managers, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park. This is a live-in position with accommodation included, making it the ideal role for couples ready to immerse themselves in the lifestyle of running a busy holiday park.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As Park Managers, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of BIG4 Cania Gorge Holiday Park. This hands-on role includes:

- Managing daily park operations across accommodation, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Delivering a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
- Recruiting, leading, and supporting a small, dedicated team.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety, compliance, and presentation throughout the park.
- Overseeing budgets, revenue, and cost controls.
- Managing assets, grounds, and park facilities.
- Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, tourism bodies, and the BIG4 network.
- Being available for on-call responsibilities as part of the roster.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in park, resort, or hospitality management.




- Strong computer and administration skills (experience with NewBook or similar reservation systems highly regarded).
- Practical skills in grounds, facilities, and general maintenance.
- A robust focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
