We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Supervisor to manage our Sunday car wash operations. You will be responsible for leading the team, managing workflow, assisting customers and ensuring every vehicle is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff throughout the shift.
- Allocate vehicles and tasks to team members.
- Manage customer wait times and workflow.
- Assist with washing and detailing during busy periods.
- Perform final quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints.
- Ensure correct services and payments are processed.
- Keep the workplace clean, organised and safe.
- Report any major customer, staff or equipment issues to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Confident leading a small team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Hands on and willing to assist the team.
- Previous car wash, detailing and supervisory experience is preferred. You will be trusted to take responsibility for the Sunday operation when the owner is not on site.
Qualifications:
- Hard working and reliable
- Love for cars and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and great team spirit
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Saturday and Sunday availability is a must
- Working 5 days per week
- Must hold a valid license
- At least 2 years experience required
