About the role

We are a dynamic, rapid-growing construction company looking for motivated people to join us. We handle a huge variety of work, meaning you will gain exposure to everything from high-end residential renovations to all kinds of commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

- For Qualified Carpenters: reliability, reading and understanding of plans, managing works on sites, problem solving and ensuring work meets high quality and compliance standards.
- For Apprentices: A hunger to learn and willingness to work.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with OHS practices.
- Work collaboratively with our team and communicate professionally with clients and other trades.

About you

- Either a fully qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry) OR someone looking to start or continue a carpentry apprenticeship.
- A reliable, punctual worker with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

- Must hold a valid Construction White Card.
- A reliable transport is highly preferred.
- Qualified carpenters must have a basic kit of tools. Apprentices should have basic hand tools.
