Your next career opportunity

You will design and deliver specialist careers and employability learning that directly supports students’ work readiness and success.

You will collaborate with academics, faculties and colleagues to embed impactful career education across diverse cohorts.

What you will deliver

- Lead specialist careers and employability advice, projects and initiatives across the Careers and Employability service portfolio.
- Design, deliver and evaluate engaging careers workshops, group sessions and one-to-one consultations using multiple delivery modes.
- Design, develop and evaluate evidence-based careers learning support, including digital resources and curriculum-aligned activities.
- Build strong relationships with academic and skilled stakeholders to align programmes, improve student experience and share practice.
- Balance multiple projects and BAU activities, using initiative to solve problems and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in career development or employability education.
- Bring substantial experience designing, delivering and evaluating careers or employability programmes in tertiary learning environments.
- Demonstrate strong skills in facilitating workshops and training across in-person, blended and online formats.
- Manage complex, ambiguous workloads independently,



setting priorities and driving end-to-end project and BAU outcomes.
- Excel at stakeholder management, collaborating with academics and colleagues to co-create impactful student-centred solutions.
- Use data and feedback to analyse service performance, identify improvements and support continuous innovation in practice.
