TWG is a privately-owned Australian business that specialises in civil construction works across New South Wales.

We are seeking a full time Formwork Carpenter who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

The Role

You will be the responsible for all aspects of carpentry on site, including, framing, skirting, joinery, forming and general repairs/maintenance.

Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand and all material and construction requirements.
- Determine all materials needed for each job.
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
- Cut and shape building materials (e.g. fiberglass and steel) according to measurements
- Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
- Lay out floorings,



roofing or drywalls ensuring they are levelled and compatible.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
- Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
- Assemble and fasten various materials to erect framework.
- Install structures and fixtures.

Requirements/Skills Qualification:

- Relevant qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and power tools;
- Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork abilities;
- Able to work efficiently with and without supervision;
- Well versed in maintenance, cleaning and debris removal tasks
