We are seeking a trade-qualified Leading Hand Carpenter with a strong work ethic, high standards of workmanship and a genuine desire to achieve quality outcomes to join our Sunshine Coast team.

This is a full-time position averaging 40–45 hours per week, offering a outstanding opportunity for an experienced carpenter looking to take on greater responsibility and continue developing their leadership and construction experience. You will work across a varied range of projects alongside an experienced project team, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out high-quality carpentry works across residential, commercial and development projects
- Lead and coordinate a small team of tradespeople, apprentices and labourers on site
- Assist the Site Manager/Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of works
- Ensure works are completed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Provide guidance,



support and supervision to apprentices and junior team members
- Work independently when required while contributing positively as part of the broader project team
- Comply with Rejuvenate Group’s safety, quality and environmental systems, procedures and site requirements
- Promote safe work practices, identify hazards and actively contribute to maintaining a safe and well-organised site
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant quality requirements, inspections and company procedures

Role Requirements

- Certificate III in Carpentry or higher
- Demonstrated carpentry experience across residential, commercial and/or renovation projects
- Previous experience supervising or leading other tradespeople and apprentices
- Current White Card
- Current driver licence
- Own hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and proactive approach to work
- EWP and other relevant construction tickets are advantageous

A fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card and tool trailer are available as part of the package for the successful candidate.
