MaxCap Group is one of Australia’s leading real estate investment managers, trusted by investors across the globe. We’re seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our Investment Operations team. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily cash operations that underpin our debt facilities and investments. You’ll ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service are met across all transactions, supporting both investor and borrower needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Support payment processing
- Coordinate and prepare loan drawdowns and liaise with relevant internal and external teams for funding and disbursements needs
- Monitor and manage loan repayment process and coordinating subsequent follow-on disbursements
- Collect and track interest and fee payments.
- Prepare and process investor distributions.
- Reconcile loan and investment records against third-party reports.
- Support audit processes by preparing data and responding to queries promptly.

About You

You’re analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented — someone who enjoys making processes more efficient while maintaining precision in everything you do. You’re a strong communicator who builds trust and works collaboratively across teams.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
- Experience in funds management, financial services or commercial property lending is advantageous, but not essential.
