Full Time Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and personable Artist Management Coordinator to join our busy music artist and talent management company.

The Role

- Coordinating client and managers diaries, appearances, interviews, meetings and bookings
- Managing artist and talent travel, accommodation and general logistics
- Liaising with promoters, record labels, publicists, broadcasters, production companies, publishers, brands and other industry partners
- Maintaining music release timelines, key dates and asset delivery, including artwork and promotional materials
- Coordinating client social media content, campaign results reporting scheduling, posting and campaign results
- Managing and updating the company’s social media channels and client/company websites
- Coordinating guest lists, tours, events, media and promotional schedules
- Maintaining client calendars, contacts and key information, and following up bookings, confirmations and outstanding materials




- Providing general administrative support and helping the management team coordinate multiple clients, projects and deadlines

You’ll be someone who:

- Is highly organised and enjoys keeping lots of moving parts under control
- Confident and highly capable with systems and technology, including Excel, Google Workspace, Spotify, Dropbox and similar platforms.
- Has excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Is comfortable juggling competing priorities and changing schedules
- Communicates warmly and professionally by phone and email
- Is confident with social media and digital platforms
- Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a small team
- Understands discretion and confidentiality when working with artists and public figures
- Is practical, calm and solutions-focused when plans inevitably change
- Has a genuine interest in music, television, entertainment and popular culture

Previous experience in artist management, music, television, media, events, publicity or entertainment would be excellent, but we’re equally interested in someone with exceptional coordination and administration skills who is keen to build a career in the industry.

The role would suit someone looking for a long-term position within a small, established management company where they can become an integral part of the team and develop across both music artist and television talent management.
