Vet MD – Murrumba Downs Vet is seeking an experienced and passionate Part time Practice Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, compassionate, and confident in leading the day-to-day operations of a busy veterinary practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys creating a positive workplace culture while supporting excellent patient care and client experiences.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting our veterinary nursing and reception teams
- Managing daily clinic operations and workflow
- Supporting team development, training, and performance
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and client service
- Managing rosters, resources, and practice administration
- Assisting with financial processes, reporting, and stock management
- Helping drive continuous improvement across the practice

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in veterinary practice management, leadership,



or a senior veterinary nursing role is highly desired
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A people-focused leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding veterinary care and client experiences
- The ability to balance operational responsibilities with a caring, hands-on approach
