Industrial Light & Magic is seeking a Talent Coordinator in Sydney on a 12-month contract to support talent managers, artists and production teams with crewing, capacity management, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
You will maintain crewing spreadsheets, coordinate talent meetings, assist with leave and timecards, and provide day-to-day support to production, editorial and art departments while liaising with Facilities, HR and Finance to ensure smooth talent processes.
