Your Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Account Manager to join our Northern Rivers team based in our Alstonville office.

This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, supporting existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen our client partnerships. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and branch leadership to ensure exceptional service outcomes and a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of commercial customers
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular customer contact
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings




- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within CRM systems
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention outcomes
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Northern Rivers branch

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in account management, customer service, administration, client services, or a similar customer-focused role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
