Melbourne Pathology is seeking an Accounts - Customer Service Representative for our Accounts Receivable team in Victoria. This full time role operates over 76 hours per fortnight, typically 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm.
You will handle high volumes of calls, assist patients with medical account enquiries, process payments, and verify data with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and funds. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
