Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is looking for a Scheduler to join our Townsville team.

As a Scheduler , you’ll play an significant role in keeping our service and installation operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate technicians and installers, manage customer requests, organise materials and resources, and work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Most importantly, you’ll be the person who helps keep everything on track when plans change.

Scheduler – Townsville

What will you be doing?

- Scheduling and coordinating service and installation work across the Townsville region

- Allocating technicians, installers, materials and resources

- Managing a busy schedule and responding to changes throughout the day

- Proactively rescheduling jobs when work can’t go ahead as planned

- Keeping customers, employees, contractors and suppliers informed of changes

- Responding to customer enquiries and helping resolve service issues

- Coordinating materials in collaboration with the Purchasing Officer and Production Manager

- Maintaining accurate schedules, records and service information

- Working with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve service processes

- Working closely with the Townsville team and wider Bradnam’s Group to deliver a great customer experience

What are we looking for?

You don’t necessarily need to have worked as a Scheduler before. We’re interested in people who have the right approach, are willing to learn and enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment.

Previous experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, logistics, coordination, trades or a similar environment will be highly regarded, but we’re also open to candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.

There may be an opportunity to work remotely , subject to business requirements, operational needs and agreement with your manager.

The role will still require strong communication and connection with our Townsville team, customers and service operations , so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently while remaining connected with the wider team.
