Inventory and Logistics Coordinator (Casual/Part Time)

About the role
School of Scape is a specialist aquascaping store in Kenwick with an online shop. This casual role involves warehouse and stock management operations, including receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, and fulfilling online orders.

Key responsibilities

- Receive supplier and container deliveries
- Keep Shopify stock levels accurate
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Pick, pack and book freight for online orders
- Pack live fish on shipping days (training provided)
- Flag low stock for reorders
- Keep the storeroom organised
- Help on the shop floor when needed

About you

- Warehousing, ecommerce fulfilment or stock control experience
- Solid attention to detail
- Comfortable with Shopify or similar systems
- Able to lift boxes
- Bonus: interest in fishkeeping or aquascaping
