Solar Sales Consultant – In house booked appointments everyday | Uncapped Commission | OTE $150K–$300K+

Are you an experienced solar sales consultant ready to step into a role where the leads, product, and brand actually make it easy to close?

We are a well-established solar company in NSW with a robust local reputation, high conversion rates, and a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified solar appointments. We are looking for a proven closer who knows the solar industry and wants to maximise earnings.

- High-quality, pre-qualified solar/battery appointments provided daily
n
- Fast payments same day as install weather job complete or not ( no waiting for customer payments or installer delays )
n
- 60–70% conversion rate with warm, ready-to-buy customers
n
- Uncapped commission structure – realistic OTE $250K–$350K+
n
- Premium solar PV and Battery systems (no cheap products or race-to-the-bottom pricing)
n
- In-house installation team – smooth installs, happy customers, more referrals
n
- Strong local brand & repeat/referral business

- Ongoing training, product knowledge & sales support

What You’ll Be Doing nn
- Running in-home and pre-booked solar consultations
n
- Presenting and selling residential solar PV & battery systems
n
- Closing high-quality opportunities generated by our marketing team
n
- Managing your pipeline and maximising conversions
n
- Proven experience in solar sales (ESSENTIAL)
n
- Strong closing ability in in-home or appointment-based sales
n
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, batteries & energy savings
n
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close confidently
n
- Highly motivated, professional and results-driven
n

This is a commission-based solar sales role designed for high performers.
