Job Description

RecruitShop in Docklands, Melbourne, seeks a Senior Associate to independently run a commercial and civil litigation caseload from instruction to resolution, appearing in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts and VCAT.

Reporting to the Principal Solicitor, you will lead and develop junior lawyers, draft pleadings and advices, and build current referral relationships while managing a varied caseload across contracts, corporate, insolvency and property disputes.
