About Our Client n

Our client is a well established construction and engineering firm that have a strong pipeline of public and private sector contracts. Located in Ravenhall, this position will have you working in a wider team of six and being very hands-on with day to day business operations. This role will be 4-days onsite and 1-day work from home.

Job Description n

- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to management.
n
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
n
- Assist with Tax, BAS, and audit requirements.
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
n
- Be accountable for weekly payroll.
n
- Ability to interpret and understand construction EBA's.
n
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
n




- Collaborate with the Head of Finance to enhance financial performance and cost control.
n

The Successful Applicant n

A successful Finance Manager will be demonstrate:

n

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
n
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA).
n
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
n
- Thorough knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
n
- Payroll experience.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
