About the role

n

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the Harbour Town location at West Beach. This role suits a dynamic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, loves styling clients, and enjoys building an energetic, high-performing team culture.

You will take ownership of boutique performance, leading from the front to deliver strong sales results while ensuring every customer interaction feels personalised, confident, and on-brand. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, styling, and operational excellence.

What you will do

n

n
- Drive boutique performance across sales, conversion, ATV, IPS and customer loyalty targets
n
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering elevated styling experiences and strong customer engagement
n
- Coach, motivate and develop a results-driven team culture
n
- Manage rostering and wages in line with business needs and peak trade periods
n
- Oversee stock processes, inventory control, and operational standards
n
- Execute visual merchandising direction and maintain premium presentation standards
n




- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
n
- Create a positive, fashion-focused environment that inspires both team and customers
n

What you will bring

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail
n
- Strong commercial understanding across KPIs, wages, and sales performance
n
- Confidence managing a boutique workplace independently
n
- Passion for styling and creating memorable customer experiences
n
- Ability to coach, inspire and develop retail teams
n
- High level communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
n
- Organised and operationally focused with excellent attention to detail
n
