About the Role n

Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their hotel in Queenstown . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of hotel management principles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with department heads to achieve operational and financial goals, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities n

- Direct and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
n
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth for the hotel.
n
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
n
- Recruit, train, motivate,



and evaluate department heads and hotel staff.
n
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Requirements nn
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
n
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
n
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and sales.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
