As a valued lawyer in their winning team led by an industry-leading partner and reporting to the Head of NSW, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of a wide range of common law personal injury claims including:

n

CTP (motor vehicle accidents),work injury damages and public liability.

n

You will have carriage of your own files + direct client relationships with back-up top mentorship and support.
n Also opportunity to step into a LEADERSHIP role (immediately or in the short-medium term depending on competency/seniority) mentoring and leading 2-3 juniors.

WHO YOU ARE n

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

n

Are an admitted lawyer in NSW;

n

have MINIMUM 3 yrs (or more up to senior associate) with plaintiff or defendant firms in at least 2 or all of: 1) CTP/motor accidents; 2) Work Injury damages; 3) Public Liability;

n

have proven ability in case managing personal injury files from start to finish ;

n

preferably have experience mentoring/leading junior lawyers/paralegals;

n

have a solid technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law;

n

are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm (essential).
