Your responsibilities involve:
- Facilitate a range of group and individual leisure and lifestyle programs
- Correspondence and document management including the organisation of various deadlines and communications within a multidisciplinary team
- Perform and assist with activities under the supervision and direction of treating Allied Health Professionals such as exercise classes and community outings
- Facilitate and participate in diversional therapy activities
- Maintain a safe and supportive setting for patients and the multidisciplinary team
- Create individual lifestyle care plans and programs for residents
