Wolf of the Willows are a family-run independent brewery with a vibrant taproom in Melbourne's suburb of Mordialloc. They're looking for a new venue manager to join them.

Ready to level up your hospo career? This is more than pouring beers — it’s your chance to lead a great team, shape a buzzing taproom, and be part of a tight-knit local community.

Our taproom is all about connection. We love great beer, good chats, and creating a space where everyone (yes, dogs too) feels welcome, relaxed, and part of something special.

The Role
You’ll run the day-to-day of the venue — 4 days on the floor leading service, plus 1 day for planning and admin.

What you’ll do

- Lead, train, and inspire your team (and build solid rosters)
- Oversee daily service from open to close
- Keep costs in check (wages, stock, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with locals and regulars
- Manage bookings and events (up to 150 guests)




- Run functions, parties, and special events
- Help promote the venue and keep the buzz alive
- Work with marketing on local campaigns
