Little Mountaineers Lithgow is 45 place long day care centre, with children aged between 1 - 5 yrs old. We are passionate in providing quality education and care and supporting children to feel safe and secure through their early years. About the roles

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and driven Inclusion support educator for our service. Our hours of operation are 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Hours may change in the future.

We are seeking 1 x full time Diploma qualified (or working towards diploma) educator, and 3 x casual educators.

The successful candidates will have the ability to create a strong bond with the children, the families and the educators.

They'll be a team player, help out with any tasks and think on their feet.

Qualifications and Experience

- Working With Children's Check (Essential)




- Completed child safety training through Geecko (Essential)
- Ability to use Ipads and other devices (Desirable. Full Training Provided)
- Have positive oral and written communication skills
- Have good Interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children between 1 - 5
- Understanding of the NQS and EYLF.
- Ability to work any shift from 7:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily observations and routines
- Develop communication channels with families, educators and children
- Comply with center's policies and procedures
- Assist with general duties at the centre
