We have been retained to find and appoint a Chief Executive Officer for an exciting Industrial Services business, now backed by a leading Private Equity fund. The business has a clear ambition to treble in size, transitioning from a challenger brand into a leading player in the industry through a combination of mergers and acquisitions, new market entry, and organic growth.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will report to the Board and lead a significant value creation plan, combining an active M&A; agenda with a relentless focus on operating excellence, ahead of positioning the business for a future capital event.

To be considered for this position,



you should have the following profile:

- A proven track record as a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director or Executive General Manager in an Industrial Services setting, with a dispersed blue-collar workforce.
- Demonstrated strategy development and commercial capability, having scaled a national business and grown both revenue and profitability, including through M&A.;
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a mid-market environment, while understanding what good looks like in a more professionalised, corporate setting.
- Operating empathy and the ability to drive labour utilisation and operating excellence in a field services environment.
- Robust leadership skills and the ability to inspire and build a first class team - embodying a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
