Join Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd as a full-time Site Manager in Sydney, NSW. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's construction projects. With our continued growth we are seeking a Site manager for a new 12 month build in McMahons Point. The site is cleared ready for you to commence the build.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task monitoring
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement effective safety procedures
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Manage and oversee the work of construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project plans, budgets, and site records
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we’re looking for

- Minimum (5 + years) as a Site Manager for residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
- Must have High End residential experience in the 3 to 7million dollar range.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and the current NCC compliance with materials,



and equipment
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Detailed understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in using Procore and Microsoft Project advantageous
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and able to problem solve and drive projects to timelines.
- Successful applicant would be required to work 6 day programme.
- Will consider a contract if preferred.
