About the role

Maid of Auckland is seeking a hospitality all rounder to join our team in Edwardstown, South Australia. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- TAB , Gaming, Bistro & Bar Rotation
- RSG 3, RP Badge, RSA, Required
- Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate loading during your shifts
- Enforcing hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Providing support and guidance to the team as needed
- Occasional Casual DM Shift available to the right candidate

About you

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using H&L; and NowBookIt software platforms




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Adaptable and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Available to work evenings and nights as required
