Join Our Team at Northies - Bartenders & Floor Attendants THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Bartender or Floor Attendant at Northies, you will be responsible for:

- Handling cash and transactions with accuracy
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and maintained to a high standard
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests
- Following all relevant health, safety and security procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider venue team to contribute to a positive and productive workplace

WHO ARE YOU:

- A confident communicator and robust team player
- Valid NSW RSA and RCG (essential)
- Previous Bartending and/or attendant experience (preferred)
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end service standards
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, 7-day-a-week hospitality environment
- Available to work evening, weekend and late-night shifts
