About the Roles:

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hands and Cooks to join our team on a casual basis to work rotational shifts across a mix of days, nights and weekends!

Key Responsibilities - Kitchen Hand:

- Assist with basic food preparation
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food prep areas
- Dispose of waste and follow hygiene protocols
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed

Key Responsibilities - Cook

- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard,



following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assisting with food prep, stock rotation.
- In this role you will assist chefs with food preparation, keep the kitchen clean and organised, operate dishwashers, and ensure cookware and utensils are ready for service

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
