Regular ongoing casual work available:

- Gordon: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays (approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month)

- Bella Vista: Thursdays & Saturdays (approximately 2 Saturdays per month)

- weekend rate: $60/hour

We are looking for an RN with:

- Excellent peripheral IV cannulation skills, including confidence managing patients with difficult venous access.

- Experience safely administering prescribed IV infusions and subcutaneous medications.

- Strong medication safety practices, including appropriate checking of the prescription, patient, medication, dose, route and treatment requirements.

- The ability to recognise and respond promptly to anaphylaxis, infusion reactions and other clinical emergencies.

- Solid clinical judgement and the confidence to work independently while appropriately escalating concerns when required.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport,



reassure patients and clearly explain treatment procedures.

- A genuine commitment to patient-centred care, patient safety and a high standard of nursing practice.

- Excellent attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation.

- Reliability, professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

- Current CPR/BLS certification.

- Current anaphylaxis training.

- Demonstrated competency in peripheral IV cannulation.

- Proof of immunisation

- Relevant clinical nursing experience.

- Professional references

- Current Australian working rights

Experience in acute care, emergency, infusion services, day procedures, oncology, neurology or administration of biologic medications would be highly regarded.
