SUPERLUPO is an exciting new bakery and retail concept opening in Coburg North in mid-October.

We’re building a new team from the ground up and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join us for the launch of our recent store.

As a Casual Team Member, you’ll be an important part of creating a welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience for every customer.

About the Role

Working alongside and taking direction from our Store Supervisor, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the store, including:

- Serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Learning about and confidently presenting our products, including our range of breads, pastries and pasta products
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Following our service, food safety and operational standards

Full product and service training will be provided — we’re looking for people who are eager to learn and genuinely enjoy serving with customers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:

- Provide outstanding customer service skills, someone that is professional and confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual and well presented with excellent personal hygiene
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality,



bakery, café or retail experience. Barista skills are valued, but not essential
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday, with 6:00am or 7:00am starts is mandatory.

The Hours

Our trading hours are daytime only, with shifts running from early morning through to the afternoon.

No nights. Shifts will be Wednesday through Sunday.

Pay The position will be paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119).

Initial Trading Hours: Thursday–Sunday | Early morning to afternoon
